Fresh Goat Milk

Fresh, pasteurised goat milk from a small Emirati herd fed on alfalfa and date palm fronds. Naturally homogenised with a creamy mouthfeel and a slightly sweet, clean finish. Easier to digest than cow milk for many people, and excellent in coffee, baking, and cheese-making.
