Pita Bread (Khubz)

Soft, puffy Arabic khubz baked fresh daily in a traditional taboon oven. Made with unbleached flour, yeast, a touch of olive oil, and sea salt. Each round puffs into a perfect pocket for shawarma, falafel, or dipping in hummus and moutabal. Freezes beautifully.
